Job Title:Partner Account Manager (Contingent Staff i-)

Location:Beijing


Role Description/Summary:

Manages Microsoft’s partner and channel business and presence in Inner Mongolia, including solutions integrators (SIs), resellers, distributors, and systems builders

Achieves annual quota and strategic objectives

Responsibilities:

Achieve partner and channel revenue and growth targets across ALL segments (EPG- Enterprise and Partner Group, PSG-Public Sector Group, and SMS&P- Small and Midmarket Solutions and Partners Group)

Manage partner accounts to or exceed performance targets

Achieve CPE score targets for covered partner accounts

Recruit and train partners to specified readiness targets/goals, including but not limited to sales, product and technical training

Execute partner marketing plan and meeting planned targets/goals, including but not limited to events, promotions, campaigns and road shows

Deliver partner operations excellence including, but not limited to, opportunity pipeline, sales forecast, partner performance, partner profiling, competitive intelligence, partner engagement plans and business planning

Qualifications:

Language: Mandarin Chinese and English (written, reading and verbal)

Education: Undergraduate degree required/MBA preferred

Industry Experiences: Min. 6 years of relevant partner/channel management experiences in China and in local city/province of hire. Understanding Inner Mongolia Market
