Job Title:Project Analyst (Contingent Staff v-)

Location:Beijing

Create Project Plans

Status Reports

Scorecard metrics

Performance metrics

Less complex program components including, but not limited to some of the following:

Business/system analysis

Program management of existing programs

Roll-out/program management of new programs

To Assist in the delivery of a program plan or multiple projects may include but is not limited to some of the following processes:

Assists is setting goals and objectives for cross functional project team members

Conducts some 1:1’s with cross functional project team members

Assists with cross functional project team meetings

Assists in the analysis, and development of information for management, clients, and customers

To deliver program components may include but is not limited to some of the following processes:

Formulates a strategy for delivering a program by defining and developing program plan components

Implements improvements in the way the organization produces & delivers its programs through website content, compliance status, program team training plans, and other various methods

Ensures a high-quality program is maintained through monitoring other programs & trends, client feedback and other methodologies

To assist in the delivery of program related communications, the process may include but is not limited to some of the following:

Communicates issues such as changes requests, and status items

Assists in providing status updates and other critical information to cross functional project members other staff members, management, clients, and customers

Implements communications of the program plan and all additions and changes to the plan

The program plan or multiple projects of information provides enhanced IT collaboration around integration of the program for the end user

The program components proactively integrate the infrastructure component, group, and current and future technologies to drive better client experience

The program related communications combines information and data on programs into one comprehensive report of the current status

Job Processes required to meet deliverables

Follow project management processes

Publish an approved project plan to serve as a baseline for all project actions

Keeps relevant people informed of actions & decisions in a timely manner

Effectively understand customer needs and develop projects accordingly

Recognizes the need to get buy-in & support from decision makers

Ensure assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions are documented, coordinated, and acknowledged

Ensure key cost, schedule, and quality constraints are prioritized

Ensure publication & approval of a high-level project charter or project authorization document

Leverage an approved scope statement to determine project cost, time, and quality boundaries

Follow budget & ROM generation procedures

Analyze quality and risk management inputs and metrics to solve problems

Ensure key stakeholders have access to information they need, when they need it

Utilize proper channels and methods for informal and formal communications distribution

BS/BA in computer science, engineering or technical area (or equivalent) & minimum of 1-3 years experience in a combination of line of business processes, project management in a technical environment, applications development, technical design, process analysis, business application implementation, infrastructure operations, and operations infrastructure project implementation, or functional skills associated with the position

English fluent in both verbal and written communications
