Job Title:Training Specialist (Contingent Staff v-)

Location:Beijing


Objective:

Be responsible for solution implementation and manage the training execution and reporting for Microsoft PRC region

Primary Job Functions:

Training logistics support including

planning & scheduling

managing logistics processes

participants invitation

pre-course analysis

class on-site support and implementation

other administrative support in north region

Training analysis and reporting including

managing the training tools

training analysis based on evaluation or implementation status

Monthly or quarterly training report based on business needs, etc

Training vendor management

managing training vendor pool

following up on vendor payment

assisting vendor review and vendor bidding

Learning & Development marketing and communication strategy execution

Oversee the professional training programs across PRC and involve in the curriculum & contents review and update for different business units

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above

2-5 Years experience in training or HR operation fields; marketing experience is a plus

Good command of English and mandarin is a must, both oral and written

Skillful in MS office tools including Excel, PPT and Word

Hands-on data analysis skills and project management experience

Be willing to learn

Strong communication, planning, coordination skills; keen on details

Be self-motivate and be able to work independently to achieve results; highly accountable, honest and a quick-learner
