Job Title: MTC Briefing Coordinator (Contingent Staff i-)

Location: Beijing


The Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) in Beijing offers world-class customer facilities, Microsoft business & technology experts, state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions from key Microsoft partners, and a proven process all designed to enable our customers to make critical technology solution decisions quickly, effectively and with low risk.

The MTC seeks a personable, energetic, customer service representative to provide hospitality and operational support for MTC customer/partner engagements and administrative support for the Specialist Team Unit (STU). As a candidate for this position, you must be passionate about information technology and customer satisfaction, both. You must be willing to learn, always in pursuit of excellence, and operate with high integrity.

Responsibilities:

1.

Responsible for the successful facilitation of MTC engagements:

Prepare visitor name badges and holders in advance for Strategy briefing and Excusive briefings. Manage temperate badges for the Proof-of-concept attendees.

Prepare customized folders and other engagement materials for each engagement.

Greet guests and escort them to meeting rooms.

Distribute evaluation form during the event and collect the form to do feedback analysis.

Monitor overall event logistic readiness, including tea services, cleaning. etc.

Ensure all facilities in MTC are under good condition and can welcome visitors immediately.

2.

Responsible for scheduling and properly reporting on STU/MTC engagements

Follow up with event requester to collect necessary information

Schedule opportunity evaluation calls with appropriate STU team members

Ensure the information quality and completeness

3.

Provide Administrative Support for STU team

Finance

PO process;

Expense reimbursement and event budget control

Hiring; New employee setup; Payment process for intern;

Maintain and update HeadTrax, Organization Chart and Auto Group periodically

Management Admin Assistance

PO process;

Expense reimbursement and event budget control

Hiring; New employee setup; Payment process for intern;

Maintain and update HeadTrax, Organization Chart and Auto Group periodically

4.

Internal Communications and light reporting

Manage the STU/MTC engagement reporting tools and maintain accurate data

Support Directors to generate monthly/quarterly/yearly report from system

Support STU Director to generate quarterly e-newsletter

5.

Internal portal content maintenance

Own and maintain internal portal and external web site. Maintain attractive content and updated messaging appropriate to our audience; supervise and monitor internal Sharepoint portal

6.

Event support

Support periodic MTC event management including, logistics, marketing, staffing, budget, vendors and other event activities.

Competencies:

Logical thinking, be able to handle tasks with priority

Good interpersonal communication skill

Patient, responsible and diligent

4.

CET-4 is a must, higher certificate level would be a plus

5.

Basic data analysis skills

6.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7.

Good English/Chinese writing/speaking
