    Microsoft is committed to protecting your privacy, while delivering software that brings you the performance, power, and convenience you desire in your personal computing. This privacy statement governs your use of the Dynamics NAV Mobile Application for iOS, Android and modern Windows. It does not apply to other online or offline Microsoft sites, products, or services.

    The NAV Tablet App enables you to access your Dynamics NAV instance via your tablet or other mobile device.  It is designed to give you control and insight into your finances with simplified cash flow management, manage sales items, stay agile with changing customer demands and help you make fast, informed business decisions with key reports and powerful business intelligence data.

    The application does collect personally identifiable information and require the use of logins, passwords, etc.  Information about you and the data you are working with is transmitted to your hosted instance of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015. This information is not transmitted to Microsoft. The application also collects non-identifiable data about the use and performance of the application, which is analyzed in an aggregate form by Microsoft for purposes of improving the application and better understanding how it is used. 

    Your business data is important and will be accessible to the parties that you engage with for the purposes of hosting, setup, configuration and deploying your NAV instance.

    Information that is collected by or sent to Microsoft by the Dynamics NAV Mobile Application may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Microsoft or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain facilities. Microsoft abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland.
