PlayReady for Microsoft End Points

Microsoft PlayReady is a proven technology suite that enables Windows, Windows Phone, Xbox and a wide range of consumer electronics to consume high value protected content such as recently released movies and streaming music. There are a variety of options to choose from when it comes to developing clients with Windows end points.

Microsoft PlayReady Client SDK for Windows 8.1 Store Apps

The Microsoft PlayReady Client SDK for Windows 8.1 Store apps allows Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 application developers to utilize Microsoft PlayReady content access technology for protecting digital content from unauthorized usage. This benefits consumers by enabling them to consume higher value content from media studios, such as recent release movies and streaming music. PlayReady enables the secure distribution of multimedia content by enforcing the content access rights based on rules chosen by the content provider.
