16 屆領袖營結案報告
第 16 屆台灣微軟未來生涯體驗計劃「領袖營」於 8 月 24 日~ 25 日在苗栗香格里拉樂園舉辦,近百名實習生共聚一堂,全程用RD實習生所寫的 Chatbot 程式來控管進度,透過一系列活動讓實習生們擁抱微軟,還有 LinkedIn 團隊提供實習生校園大使的機會並且在商業競賽中運用微軟科技 Teams 激盪出不同的商業模式思維。
期待實習生們的未來就像微軟的願景與使命,懷抱著成長心態,幫助全世界的每個人、每個組織貢獻更多,成就更大。
The 16th Microsoft Student Program "Leadership Boot Camp" was held at the Shangrila Paradise, Miaoli, from August 24th to 25th. Around 100 Microsoft interns gathered together to use a Chatbot program developed by DR interns to monitor the progress. Through a series of activities, the participants were able to enhance their understanding of Microsoft and further embrace the principles upheld by the company. In addition, the LinkedIn team has offered campus ambassador opportunities for the interns, while facilitating the discussions during the business competition that sparked many innovative ideas.
We hope that the future of the interns is like Microsoft's prospect and mission, embracing the attitude of endless development, and furthering the contributions and achievements to everyone and every organization in the world.
Microsoft transformation and culture 微軟轉型與文化
台灣微軟總經理孫基康 Ken Sun 為實習生們介紹微軟近年來致力數位化轉型故事,在影片中展現公司在研發上為了罹患帕金斯症 Emma 製作的手環,體現出研發部門對社會公益的仔細觀察,用同理心研發出讓世界更好的科技,達成微軟企業使命。Ken 也分享自己的成長故事,希望實習生們能用成長心態勇於接受失敗並在嘗試中學習,記錄下實習過程中的每個成長改變過程,在未來都將是激勵自己成長的養份。
Taiwan Microsoft Manager Ken Sun introduced the story about digital transformation to the interns. In the video, the newly invented wristband specifically designed to help a Parkinson's disease patient Emma was presented, manifesting the careful observation of R&D department on the ways to enhance public welfare. It shows how Microsoft uses empathy to develop better technologies in order to achieve its corporate mission and responsibility. Furthermore, Ken shared his story, wishing that the interns have the courage to accept failures and learn from the setbacks. It is thereby important to record every development and process during the period of internship. These will become the nutrients that motivate our growth in the future.
Highlights 精彩回顧
台灣微軟公共暨法律事務副總經理趙明榮 Charles Chao 熱情的和實習生們分享有關領導的法則與做法。領導力是微軟非常重視培養的能力,擁有這個能力不但可以幫助自己成為未來領導人,更可以了解每個人在團隊中應該扮演的角色。Charles 也鼓勵實習生們勇敢迎接工作中的各項挑戰,用心完成每項工作,不論大小,成為自己的贏家。
Charles Chao, Director of CELA, enthusiastically presented to the interns the tips and rules to leadership. Leadership is a skill highly valued by Microsoft. Possessing this skill not only can assist oneself to become a future leader but also can better understand each person's roles and responsibilities in a team. Charles encouraged every intern to dauntlessly face the challenges arising from works, and place full efforts in completing every single task no matter great of small, and ultimately become a winner yourself.
不同於往年的 APP 開發,今年的 RD 實習生們別出心裁的選擇 Chatbot 作為呈現平台。隨著時代推演,人工智慧、語意分析不斷演進,Chatbot 在近年來興起一陣熱潮。藉由實習生們設計的為微軟實習計劃領袖營專屬 Chatbot,除了幫助他們瞭解活動進展與行程、也能更即時獲取最新資訊。
Different from APP development in the previous years, R&D interns developed a chatbot as a presenting platform. With technological advancement, tools such as artificial intelligence and verbal language analysis rise in importance, and Chatbot is becoming a trend in recent years. Through the Chatbot specifically designed for the "Leadership Boot Camp", not only could the participants keep track of the schedule, but they could also acquire the latest updates in the touch of a finger.
商業競賽是今年領袖營新增的活動,實習生們分六組腦力激盪,結合微軟產品 Teams 相關應用程式,針對各種問題情境,串聯解決方案,解決目標受眾在工作、生活、娛樂等不同面向中的各項難題。實習生們的提案大大簡化了目前企業流程在操作上的繁瑣,提供更為便捷的運作模式,例如:藉由 M365 系列產品成功將紙本資料數位與視覺化、利用 Bing Maps 創建專屬自己的地圖、使用 teams 主題式討論,儲存檔案與搜尋更為便利,提升組織溝通間效率。在構思過程中不同職位的實習生們也對微軟系列產品有了更深刻的了解。
The business competition, the new project of this year, aims to empower interns to combine “Microsoft Teams” and other related applications to address different problems and situations. Through brainstorming, every team had to come up with different solutions in the aspect of the workplace, daily life, and entertainment. The proposals presented by the interns significantly simplify the current user's interface flows, providing a faster and more convenient mode of operation. For example, using “M365 products” to digitize and visualize paper materials, adopting “Bing Maps” to create specific items, and applying “teams” to start thematic discussions and store files more conveniently, which improved the organization’s communication efficiency. Throughout the brainstorming, interns from different departments were able to further understand the products developed by Microsoft.
「晚會」向來是領袖營中重要的一環,實習生們發揮創意精彩走秀和表演。今年邀請協會理事長和理監事們回娘家為學弟妹們加油打氣,鼓勵大家把握一年時間,在實習過程中化磨礪為進步的動力。而協會永遠是實習生們溫馨的港灣,在不同產業耕耘的學長姐們更會盡力提供各項資源協助,未來希望實習生們畢業後也能回饋協會,將愛與經驗繼續傳承。
"Soirée" is always an important event in the "Leadership Boot Camp." The interns' creativity is thoroughly manifested in a series of performances. This year, we invited the Association's Director and supervisors to come to cheer up for their lowerclassmen. They encouraged everyone to utilize the one-year period to learn and progress during the internship at Microsoft. The Association is long being a warm harbor, providing all resources at its disposal to those in need. They hope that the interns could also contribute to the Association, and let the love and experience pass on to the next generation.
