Enabling Africa’s digital transformation, for Africa by Africans.
What is the ATO?
The ATO has five key focus areas
Deliver infrastructure that accelerates digital transformation and enables a connected African Continent.
Skilling for Jobs
Build capacity through investing in the future of 30 million Africans by providing digital skills to Students, Developers, Startups, SMEs, Job Seekers, and Underserved Communities – bridging the skills gap in the Continent.
Empower 10 million SMEs through technology, infrastructure, skilling, and strategic partnerships to drive employment and wealth creation in the Continent - through investments in business acceleration and capacity-building initiatives. The ATO also works with partners across sectors to provide access to SME financing and connectivity opportunities.
The ATO works with partners such as Accelerators, Incubators, and Venture Capital Investors to accelerate the growth of 10,000 African startups and fast-track investment in Africa’s startup ecosystem.
Fuel Africa's economic growth through the Continent's digital transformation – via sustainable, and scalable strategic partnerships with multinational corporations, governments, industry coalitions, and international organizations.
