JORISSA NEUTELINGS: Our mission is to become the personal bank in a digital age. What's really important is that we make sure that our digital services are fully up to par, but also hyper-personal, so meant for you. And now for us video banking is the way to connect to our customers. JOERI HARTMANS: In the beginning, we needed to do everything manually. There was a challenge to make sure that how can we automize those new video banking customer and employee journeys. So it's really embedded in our services to our customers. We implemented Microsoft Teams in combination with Azure Communication Services with having, as a result, the fully embedded and customized ABN AMRO experience video banking. That really made us proud because that was the goal and we finally achieved it. Because of the Web SDK, it was quite easy for our development to use toolkits and some composites to implement Azure Communication Services within our bank. VINCENT BAKKER: I think this new way of working with Teams in our browser, gives the customer feeling that is still ABN AMRO. JOERI HARTMANS: Really smooth customer journey. Easy to just start your meeting and within just one click you're in contact with your advisor. JORISSA NEUTELINGS: It's fully about making sure our customer has a friction-free and valued journey every time we connect to each other. JOERI HARTMANS: They can take care of everything before, during, and after the video banking meeting within same Internet banking environment. SPEAKER 1: I can be really flexible. I can go to the office, to the first meeting, go back home do the second meeting. When something comes up in an appointment and I don't know enough about it, I can just ask acolleague to join the same meeting and then immediately they can give the right answer to the customer. We have every opportunity to share, to discuss, to make personal connection. Everything we need, Teams offers. We give the power to the customer when they want their advice.
