You know about the SD1 project. We're attending a panel on the 19th. Here we plan to represent Brisa in the best way. We are a firm operating in partnership with one of the leading tire manufacturers of the world Bridgestone and one of Turkey's olders companies Sabanci Holding. We are the leader of the Turkish tire market with our Lassa, Bridgestone Dayton brands, 2,700 employees, and over 1,500 sales point. We export our products to more than 80 countries. As Brisa, we have achieved a lot of innovations within the scope of our digital workplace vision. But the changing, accelerating technologies and popular out-of-company mobile applications combined with the habit of use, as in all large companies In Brisa, too, they multiplied the types of communication and caused them to become more complex. This situation has caused various administrative challenges and security issues for us IT managers, and also caused complexity of use for our users and stakeholders and disrupted their workflows. Our users needed a common platform to eliminate complexity, security risks, and disruptions in business processes, to accelerate business processes, and strengthen communication. In this context, we realized that Microsoft Teams which consist all of the Office 365 applications provided by Microsoft such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer and Power BI was the most suitable platform for us. By updating our OnPrem Microsoft systems with the Office 365 platform as well as possessing all these applications, we also have high availability, multiple redundancy and operational convenience. Most importantly, we have a much safer and faster infrastructure. Teams spread throughout the company, very quickly. On top of its ease of use and the advantages it brought us, we also thought about how to incorporate our own business processes into Teams. We incorporated Robi, our metal collar colleague that we developed with the Chatbot technology into Teams as like a Brisa employee. Robi, what's for lunch today? The menu of the day is Dadas soup, 152 calories. In this way, our users without need to enter different platforms, by speaking or writing to Robi become able to perform tasks such as the financial situation of our dealers, customer sales data, daily lunch menu, and even password reset. With the support of Microsoft, we have provided Teams training to almost all our users. "Oh be!" (Finally!) With this motto, we also shared awareness and harmony. As a result of all this work of ours by the usage of Microsoft Teams, file sharing speed between our users and stakeholders, meeting ability and communication quality significantly increased. We spend most of our time at field visits with our customers. We also need to attend the meetings held at the center. Thanks to Teams, we can access these meetings from where we are. It saves a lot of significant time. We have a dealer network in Turkey's 81 provinces, close to 600. And it was both difficult and costly to bring all our dealers together in each development. That's why we made our communication seamless by broadcasting live on Teams. Our bot integration was quite good. But we have to finalize it with a meeting. Our Scrum teams are using the Planner application on Teams as their Scrum board. We made 80% improvement in our processes with Chatbot. And in a short time such as 5 months we have reached 10,000 accesses. We achieved this success through our partnership with Microsoft. This partnership brought us 400 working hours. We realize that digitization is not a destination but a journey. We will carry on this path with courage.
