CCBS is the authorized
exclusive bottler of Coca-Cola
in the Albanian territory.
We are serving thousands
and thousands of customers
all over Albania,
and we have a pretty complicated business
or it's better to say complex business
because beside the commercial part,
we have also the production,
the facility, the plant
in which we produce all the products.
In the last years, CCBS
business has been growing rapidly.
It was time for change
and time for digitalization
of our processes.
The coherence and the accuracy of the data
were the two main
issues that we were facing.
We realized we needed Software
as a Service (SaaS) cloud solution,
which was Dynamics 365 Finance
and Supply Chain Management
and Power BI integrated to it.
Because of the functionalities
and the flexibility these tools offer.
It is a journey.
So it is not finishing
when there is the go-live,
when you start using the new system,
but it's going in the continuum, even now.
So yes, definitely,
we had the good support
from Microsoft Team.
For the users to have access
to the real time data and accurate ones.
They can use it as it is
and without need to perform
further analyses in Excel anymore.
This saves a lot of time for our staff.
We have to be accurate and also fast
as being the key advantages
the key upside,
in the level we are serving our customers
and the invoicing process is much better
because it's faster,
and it's more accurate.
Thanks to Power BI,
we can have in a few
days the monthly reporting
and the profitability report as well,
which is a complex report
that we run for each SKU.
I will say that the
localization is mandatory.
It's a must.
It allows us to be more close to the people
to gain time and to do things better.
Dynamics 365, as we have seen so far,
is very rich in functionalities
and we are hoping in the next month
we will learn more and go deeper
in the usage of all the
functionalities it provides.
