Some of the challenges that we were facing was,
we had too many security products.
a security program didn't have a cohesive theme,
and so some of the executives looked at that
and really tried to understand, can we do better?
We decided to go on a two year journey
to transform cybersecurity from where it was
to a much more mature state.

whether they come in through desktop,
whether they come in through Azure
I get one looking glass into threats in my environment.

follow the sun network operation center
and security operations center.
This is the heart and soul of Open Systems
where our company gets to interact on a daily basis
with our customers to solve their problems,
ensure that their network is running efficiently.
- The service that they're providing us,
is actually fulfilling the need of about 10
maybe even 12 full-time individuals.
- Security missions for Open Systems are very custom
and created runbooks that we form
to ensure that if an alert is firing
within inside of our operation center,
we have a very prescriptive way
of following how to solve that problem.

they're doing the analysis,
they're doing building of capabilities
that I don't have to shoulder myself.

and take it to the next level,
