And Ahold Delhaize is operating on three continents and we're serving together 55 million of customers every week. [music] Challenge that we are facing on our market is how to switch from mass communication to personalized communication, how to provide personalized offer to customers and to engage more with them, and to enhance the customer journey throughout our stores. [music] So in order to answer all the challenges that we're having, we decided to launch the digital loyalty program. So we launched MOJ MAXI loyalty app, and this is basically covering all the tackling, all the issues that we're having or challenges that we're having. So personalization communication, empowering our customers, engaging with customers and enhancing the customer journey. And for business intelligence we use Power BI. And we used .NET to build Web API. And really, we got a great support from Microsoft not only giving us services, but also all needed consulting and advice till we managed to make a huge technology shift in a really short time. We had more than 300 000 customers using our app and it's growing each day. Also, to build upon it, we have a high satisfaction level from our customers, 4.8 out of 5. So that's really saying to us that we did a good job together with Microsoft in providing this solution to our customers. Data science team prepares for every customer personalized promotion, only for themselves. [music] Services in Azure provide actually all services to our customers. And we chose that because it's fast enough, very stable and cost effective.
