We have an aging workforce that will retire soon, but also a new generation... ...of workers that we need to train and prepare for future demands. So training them in a fast, efficient and safe manner is absolutely essential. And innovation helps us do that. To help Enexis address their skilling needs. We at Recreate developed a training solution powered by HoloLens 2 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides. The idea behind it is to allow trainees to learn skills... ...and complex task in the most practical way possible. To do that, they can simply put a HoloLens on... ...and follow the 3D training materials that their mentors have recorded for them. All hands free. Supervision time is down by 25%... ...so our mentors can use this time for students who need more attention and education. On the other hand, students are learning 40% faster than in traditional ways. Not only will they have more fun mastering these skills, but they're also finding them much easier to learn in the first place. We recently saw a 15 year old intern who had never worked on a specific installation before... ...managing to perform a highly complex maintenance task without any assistance. At the same time, we have a student with dyslexia who told us that this is a game changer for them... ...and they finally found an education that suits them. Using the HoloLens has showed us how digital technologies can assist us... ...in building the energy sector of the future. We're very conservative and careful with improvements. That makes it difficult for a company to innovate, and digital innovations are something we don't really know. So we needed a product where we can show that it can deliver in a setting where safety is very important. We believe that in ten years time we will be able to collect... ...real-time data from anywhere at any time using mixed reality.
