Whether it's the buyers and the technical teams sourcing the products from our vendors the flow of products through to our distribution system, into our stores, out through our online channel, out to our international customers Dynamics 365 is the best tool in the marketplace to support that revolution that business change, that's happening here at Fortnum and Mason By far the biggest benefit for buying is what we call our product item upload. Having all the data correct in one place for every product we have on the system gives every other department confidence in the data we're holding so that they can then give a better customer experience. Using the handheld terminals means that we get accuracy as well as full traceability, getting stock up to the shop floor quicker, easier, and allocating space correctly it gives the buyers and the merchandisers visibility on stock that they've never had before. It's about overall speed and usability which improves the efficiency for the customer which allows us as a team to focus more on making their experience memorable. Being able to see from a till point what stock's available gives us the tools to advise the customer the correct option. We can see how often a customer shops with us and what their spend is with us and that can really inform us as to how we should be talking to that customer and making sure that we are offering them the products that they want or the services that they want and I think that is a benefit that you can't put a price on. We've got closer control on costs we can see all costs earlier on, rather than having to wait for everything to be signed off and catching it later. We can create and do more reporting and help the business overall to achieve all of its goals. What we see with Dynamics 365 is that it will connect our business, it's going to empower our teams and it's going to enable us to deliver exceptional customer service. I feel really excited. I think this is a really big step forward for us and with the growth ambitions that we have this is definitely what we need to make sure that we can provide that.
