flexibility, as well as availability,
resilience, and big data analytics.

During core IT infrastructure migration of
more than one thousand servers to the cloud,
we realized that we needed to equip our
people with a new set of knowledge and skills.
So we managed to have Microsoft certified
specialists in different key areas
such a system network database administrator,
Azure architects devops, as well as cyber security.

We designed the training program
that was both flexible and targeted.
Employees could choose the learning path
that best applied to their job roles.
We gave them access to Microsoft tutorials from certified
instructors to help them achieve their Microsoft certification.
At the Intralot we cultivate the growth
mindset, where people both want to learn
and also have the opportunity to do so.
It was amazing to see how positively
our people responded to the initiative even
with daily operations running non-stop.

We would like to focus on further enhancing our employee skills,
we scaled up our partnership with Microsoft,
and relaunched the expanded Azure
training and certification program in July.
