Together that's three of the busiest airports in the UK.

flexibility and collaboration that we need.
Microsoft Surface Pro was perfect for our needs
from a security point of view
and also from a collaboration point of view.
What's great is the tight integration
between Surface devices and the rest of the
suite of Microsoft products,
like Microsoft Teams, Office 365,
Power Platform and SharePoint, tools that we use everyday
that makes the whole user experience
incredibly streamlined.
Working with CDW
throughout the lifecycle of the project
was critical to its success.
CDW delivered the prebuild
on all of the Surface Pros
before they were delivered to MAG.
It was an easy option
then for us to be able to put the image
of the individual users onto the
Surface Pros before they were distributed.
They also delivered
all of the peripherals
within a time frame that we understood
and then distribute
that to the user community
within Manchester.
It lets us talk to our front line
colleagues and report incidents
and accidents quickly and efficiently and
just lets our whole operation
be so much more efficient than it was before.
We take our Surfaces wherever we go,
so we are truly mobile with one primary device.
We are printing less
which is great for the environment
and people are not taking notebooks around with them
or carrying multiple devices
which is a big plus for everybody.
As part of our relationship with Microsoft,
we have a Unified Support contract.
We work closely with our Microsoft account team
to make sure that we are getting the best
out of our Microsoft relationship
and Microsoft licences.
We're able to schedule workshops
and to have events.
Our digital transformation
has had a positive impact
on our Education and CSR Programmes.
We created a series of technology days
and the Surface Pros have really helped
bring the experience to life.
We were able to inspire
the next generation
to work in the aviation industry.
All in all, our partnership with Microsoft
is making our transformation goals a reality.
They are helping us bring greater flexibility
and agility to our operations.
