It is orchestrating product availability across all our channels... ...and the trickle feed functionality is continuously processing sales transactions and invoices. Meaning that inventory and sales revenue are updated in near-real-time. Our store employees are using a dedicated mobile app... ...built on top of DFO that processes most of our transactions at stores online. From customer information, referring to products online to placing orders... ...processing goods receipts, transacting invoice verification and monitoring stock or reporting revenue. It can even be used as a mobile checkout for a better, smoother retail experience. Whenever you undertake initiatives like this... ...the key is being bold and being restless. You can't build a platform and just stop there. You have to keep growing and find more and more ways to innovate.
