When we set up Metrikus, the intention of the company was to make sure we created a platform to give people a better understanding of what's going on in their buildings. Very much we're about connecting to the built environment to agnostic data sources, aggregating that data, transforming it and presenting it to our partners and customers as a single point integration, but also for business intelligence around the built environment. We have this once in a lifetime opportunity to redefine how people will work in the future. We believe Microsoft Azure Cloud is the answer. We need to look at sustainability and we need to be able to give people data to make more informed decisions about their building. We do that by combining world class technology and visualisations with the very best sensors. There's many different devices in the IoT world to connect to. Really the aggregation of that is really important because we're presenting it in a really sort of slick way at our front end for customers to take the hassle out of integration in a smart building. With Azure it has a unique service called IoT Hub that's enabled us to connect millions and billions of data sources. Security, scale, performance, resilience, all of those things are what made us make the final decision with Microsoft Azure. I was lucky enough to work closely with Accenture for the headquarter move in Madrid. The challenge was to build a space that fused technology and human ingenuity, along with the sustainability value promise to achieve the net zero 2025 environmental goals. And in a very short space of time, Accenture was able to improve the efficiency of their daily management of their building. CO2 levels were also improved, and Accenture was able to develop predictive occupancy model training to save energy while preserving employee comfort. Another great example is the work that we've done with the Met Office. We provided them with our front-end and our back-end. This gave them the full benefit of the Metrikus platform. The net result they saw was a 20% saving on HVAC efficiencies and this is just the start of their journey. Our customers right across the world are experiencing similar benefits and at a time when being efficient is not only essential from a sustainable perspective, but an economic one too. As customer subscriptions continue to accelerate and availability to data sets widen, having Azure IoT as the cloud on which this is built is key to our success.
