In scaling the platform, our internal dev ops team have certainly grown thanks to the partnership with Microsoft engineering team based in Seattle. The platform scaled well and recently with record order volumes from online trade, we've seen our warehouse push through to unparalleled transactional volumes. And then the next major investment loyalty capability, which we now call 'brilliance'. And we are on the eve. Would you believe it? We are on the eve of reaching 400,000 members, and this is just within 12 months of operation. Loyalty capability that existed in Dynamics 365 was turned on and configured to our needs to allow us to offer our loyal members the benefits they deserve for coming on a journey with us. On top of the execution platform we've now delivered some great insights through Power BI and our Microsoft cloud-based data warehouse. And then the ERP program of work that we called Obsidian. Definitely the largest undertaking, replacing our home-built inventory system that was 20 years old. You were able to get it live right in the middle of the Covid shutdown. We're now six months on. The platform has been in the business. It's behaving well. It's strong. We've rolled out a lot of new initiatives in the past three months. Daniel, I think the agility is the biggest call out today. In the six months since final go-live, cross-docking, and QA, the two key pieces that were enabled, both having significant customer experience benefits. On security, we leverage Microsoft Enterprise Security Stack in opening up business-to-business with our supplies. That was a barrier in the pre-Dynamics world. We're now implementing EDI in the platform with confidence. Our data is secure and access controls are driven by Microsoft's AI. Payment methods ship from store, reserving store, remote customer payments. All these CX-focused initiatives have been delivered in a short time frame. On a daily basis, we have agile teams largely embedded with the Microsoft Teams technology, and this allows us to work closely with partners and staff working remotely in other global locations. It's been a really powerful tool to enable these things to be delivered at speed and quality. Microsoft is definitely powering Michael Hill so that's a great partnership. Thank you, everyone at Microsoft.
