My name is Chris John and I'm the executive chef here at Nisbets. Here at Nisbets, the UK's top supplier of catering equipment for restaurants, hotels, bars and more, we use Microsoft. To maintain our position, we have to be innovative. That's why we need cutting edge technology underpinning our work practices, our systems and our operations. What Microsoft 365 provides for the modern workplace can't be matched. Through the evolution and the investments that we've made over the past few years we've been able to modernise our infrastructure and change the way that we collaborate as a business together. We came from telephone bridges of dialing in for colleagues around the world with very limited numbers that were able to join those meetings. We transformed that experience into one that was very video focused. We interacted a lot more than we ever had done in the past. We replaced our old on-premise phone system with Microsoft 365 and installed a modern cloud based telephony solution. Aside from the security that being cloud based brings, deploying Office 365 lets us share mailboxes, calendars, contacts and edit documents in real time. So what we can do from here is we can do training sessions. I can record stuff so say there's a new item being launched or there's a new product on the market. We can then focus on those bits of equipment. I can do a live stream whereby I can link in, join that Teams call, or we can record it and put it onto our social media platforms where people can review it later. Making ourselves easy to do business with through any channel, be it our market leading websites or via the phone or our catalogues. We reduced our average speed of answer from 62 seconds in 2021 to just 16 seconds in 2022. We answered 86% of all calls in under 20 seconds and less than 2% of our calls are abandoned. Our future vision for the digital desktop will all feed into a single platform where we can access day and night around the world. Microsoft provides Nisbets the tools of the modern workplace. And as we expand further into the Microsoft stack with Azure we will build on our partnership and the success of Nisbets in turn, helping our many thousands of customers in hospitality worldwide.
