Our challenge previously,
has been having
a disparate of different
sources of data
and making sense of them
because we had a variety of
different tools and they
didn't play nicely
with each other.
When COVID started, we faced
a trifecta of changes
in the industry.
The first one the emergence
of more aggressive threats,
the second one the shift from
On-Premise hosting to Cloud,
the third one was
obviously COVID,
where people have
been working from
home more than ever before.
We wanted to make sure
that we can provide
threat monitoring and coverage
in our modeling because
we are multi-Cloud.
By utilizing Microsoft, we have
been able to achieve that.
A major function that I
really like is the fact
that we can consume
billions of records
on a monthly basis and make
quick sense out of them
through the analytic tools
that come with Sentinel
and really get
that visibility that has
been problematic
for us previously.
We are able to have
relatively low noise ratio
on alerts that are
being generated,
which allows us to have
a relatively small
team of people
that provides the
monitoring services.
We see our engagement
with Microsoft
as a journey that will evolve.
