ARIANNA HUFFINGTON: After my collapse from sleep deprivation, burnout, and exhaustion in 2007, I became more and more passionate about the connection between well-being and performance. That led me to writing two books, Thrive and the Sleep Revolution, and launching Thrive Global in 2016. PAYAL SAHNI BECHER: At Pfizer, we know that if we're going to achieve breakthroughs that change patients' lives, we first have to take care of ourselves. That's why Thrive has been an amazing platform with broad reach and accessibility for all of our colleagues. Drives integration with teams embeds well-being directly into our colleague's workflow, and it's deeply resonating. It's also very simple. ARIANNA HUFFINGTON: At Thrive, we've been driving the shift with the behavior change technology platform and our cultural activations. That's why we're so excited by the impact we're seeing with Thrive for Teams. Our approach to behavior change is all about meeting people where they are. With Microsoft Teams, we are able to embed well-being directly into people's workflow. In a channel, they already know and trust. PAYAL SAHNI BECHER: Thrive sends our colleagues a single question each day directly through Teams chat, prompting a moment of reflection about their well-being and serving as the entry point to Thrive's platform. I personally take it every morning. It's been both hugely popular and impactful. We've collected more than 390,000 responses and learned that Thrive for Teams has also led to 18 percent higher productivity, 15 percent higher resilience, and 16 percent higher colleague satisfaction. At Pfizer, we always challenge the status quo. We aspire for breakthroughs that change patients' lives, and we can only do that when our colleagues are at their best, and tools like Thrive for Teams help us do that more seamlessly.
