We are  known for our reliable same-day service,
more than over 3 000 lockers nationwide.
Four  years ago, we were
looking for a reliable cloud solution
in order to implement our local  delivery system.
We were trying to automize our operational processes and
to offer real-time data to our business stakeholders.
We thought that Azure is a natural fit.

We currently have  3 000 lockers and we are able to
onboard the thousand more in
our applications ecosystem  very fast
staying secure in the same time
using for example Microsoft IoT Hub.
And we  can expand all
our applications in Microsoft Azure
because we are now evolving towards
full Azure Kubernetes service deployment.

Reporting is an extremely important aspect  in Sameday.
We need to know all the operational aspects in details,
this means that we get data from over 20 applications in
solutions that are currently deployed in Microsoft Azure.
And we are using Qlik view, Qlik Sense to aggregate
all these data and create a report.

We reached a  consistent revenue growth,
we improved our incomes from
33 million in 2019 to 120 million last  year.
We have data that prove we are maybe the most digital
courier company in the region with 99% of uptime service.
In the last three years we improved
our speed, our predictability  and precision
increasing from 85 to 95% our on-time delivery.

We rely on Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure and
services for our future projects of the Courier Market
and we are going also to rely on Microsoft Azure
security, Sentinel, and Windows application feral,
so that we  can stay secure
while expanding our infrastructure.
