Sanofi wants to build a healthier, more resilient world. This requires innovation across all areas of the business, so they can be more efficient and agile. They are leveraging tools within the industrial metaverse to onboard, train, and support their workforce. Sanofi was seeing exponential growth in market demand, which was leading to an uptick in the recruitment of new employees who needed to be brought up to speed quickly. HoloLens 2 and Guides allow Sanofi to bridge the physical with the digital to easily standardize their approach to training. The first two training sessions are in person, and the next 18 sessions leverage Microsoft's industrial metaverse tools to provide employees with a fully immersive experience they can move through more quickly and return to for additional support as needed. This allows trainers to interact with a greater number of new hires, ensures a consistent training experience, and reduces training from eight to six weeks.
