- We're in stores every day, at night, on the weekends. Our role and responsibility is really to help the stores be more profitable. A lot of that goes along with reducing loss in stores. - We have around 600 to 700 team members. Our group is doing a lot of things manually. After working 70 hours a week, I wanted to be able to build something myself to help the field accomplish their job in a more efficient way. I have zero coding experience, so Power Apps was the answer to that. Within a couple weeks, Power Apps has allowed me to unlock the potential of technology without being in the IT department. The business knows the processes. My team knows what needs to be done. - It really has aligned us as a division and really made our jobs more efficient. Whether it's reviewing data, going over different resources, doing the store walk, using the Power App, I'm able to do that from start to finish at the store. And I don't have to go home and pull up information to send to the store manager. - [Jeff Toler] The stores are improving because we're able to give the people that actually do the work the power to see the information. - [Katie Foster] It's really allowed me to have a better work-life balance.
