[music] A few years ago, several companies merged to create Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, the largest Coca-Cola bottler on the African Continent. Running different enterprise systems across the corporation soon became a burden for operations, growth and digitalisation. The day the company decided to unify all platforms was also the perfect opportunity to start an ambitious business transformation journey for the enterprise, its customers and consumers. This is not us buying an ERP, this is us transforming our business, this is us changing our business process or what we want to become when we grow up. Building on Microsoft Dynamics 365, CCBA set up a cloud environment including customer engagement, supply chain management, finance and HR with built-in security, advanced analytics and business intelligence. Microsoft 365 was rapidly adopted across the company, with 94% of the 11,200 employees using Teams and transforming their way of working, with effective collaboration and greater efficiency. IT costs went from 2.85% to just below 1.4% of net sales revenue, while improving security and stability. [music] The Azure platform allowed management and employees to make decisions faster and automate tasks with Power BI and Power Apps, providing better customer service and increasing revenue. The role of IT is moving from a system supporter to a business value creator. The combined platform enabled CCBA to transform the business creating more value, becoming more competitive and living to the vision of a single digital CCBA. It was always a promise, did we ever deliver it? I think for the first time now, we can actually deliver it. [music]
