In der Zerlegerei des gr\u00f6ssten Schweizer Fleisch-, Gefl\u00fcgel-, Fisch- und Eiproduzenten soll die Produktidentifizierung statt durch Inaugenscheinnahme von Mitarbeitenden k\u00fcnftig mit einem Bildklassifizierungssystem auf Basis des Dienstes <strong>Custom Vision<\/strong> aus der Familie der <strong>Cognitive Services<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzt werden. \u201eDass das System grunds\u00e4tzlich funktioniert, konnte gemeinsam mit dem Microsoft Partner IT-Logix bereits gezeigt werden\u201c, sagt Michael Kott, Leiter Projektmanagement bei Micarna in Bazenheid. \u201eJetzt muss das Material weiter bearbeitet werden, um eine Verfeinerung der Resultate zu erreichen.\u201c Ziel ist es, dass die Mitarbeitenden k\u00fcnftig f\u00fcr alle Produkte von der K\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz Vorschl\u00e4ge bekommen und diese nur noch im System mittels Knopfdruck best\u00e4tigen und verbuchen m\u00fcssen. K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz soll den Menschen also nicht wegrationalisieren, sondern seine Arbeit erleichtern. \u00dcbernimmt der Service die k\u00f6rperlich anstrengende visuelle Arbeit der Klassifizierung, kann sich der Mensch auf die Best\u00e4tigung des Vorschlags, das das System gibt, konzentrieren und so seine Kr\u00e4fte schonen. \u201eDie Bildkategorisierung bringt eine grosse
