Campari pflegt direkte Beziehungen zu Endkunden, Barkeepern und Distributoren f\u00fcr ihre mehr als 60 Marken. Aufgrund einer Vielzahl an Akquisitionen ist die Menge an verf\u00fcgbaren Daten in verschiedenen Silos in der Organisation und bei den 200 involvierten Agenturen rapide gestiegen, was eine effiziente Auswertung bspw. f\u00fcr Marketing Kampagnen sehr erschwerte.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/industry\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Campari_800x450.jpg\" width=\"1100\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Um Abhilfe zu schaffen, wurde eine Common Data Platform (CDP) eingef\u00fchrt, die \u00fcber alle Organisationseinheiten hinweg genutzt wird. Die CDP basiert auf <a href=\"https:\/\/dynamics.microsoft.com\/de-de\/ai\/customer-insights\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dynamics 365 Customer Insights<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/dynamics.microsoft.com\/de-de\/marketing\/overview\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dynamics 365 Marketing<\/a>. Dadurch wird eine einheitliche Datenplattform geschaffen, die KI-basierte Auswertungen und automatisierte Multichannel Kampagnen erm\u00f6glicht. \u201eDie Nutzung von Dynamics 365 Customer Insights hilft uns, die DSGVO Richtlinien einzuhalten und unsere Daten zu sch\u00fctzen\u201c, erg\u00e4nzt Chad Niemuth, Vice President Global IT Marketing and Sales, Campari Group.
