Great feautures and a good interface. Missing a Stylus recognition. The performance is terrible as soon as there are pictures added or a few inks are on the page. In addition it is very unstable.

Eine größere Datenbank an Themen und die Möglichkeit, Bilder direkt aus dem Internet einzufügen wären sehr wünschenswert. Der Support der deutschen Sprache wäre ebenfalls gut.

Als Abo-Modell vor allem für Bildungseinrichtungen uninteressant, auch wenn die App an sich toll ist. Damit wird die App sich wohl mit der Zeit im Nicht-Apple-Markt (da gibt es dass mit einer dauerhaften Lizenz) erledigt haben. Außerdem ist zu bemängeln, dass die Abokosten nur sehr versteckt aufgeführt sind. Schade, schade, schade.

Moreover, Explain Everything Subscription provides access to the Windows, iOS, Chromebook, and Android versions of the application. If your school doesn't have a credit card, please contact sales@explaineverything.com or support@explaineverything.com and we will provide you with a different process.

1. Ein wirklicher Tiefschlag: völlig willkürliche Farbpaletten, die sich nicht anpassen lassen. Jede abweichende Farbe darf man immer wieder neu mischen. 2. Keine Unterstützung drucksensitiver Stifte. 3. Kein Markierstift. 4. Kein Editieren in der Zeitleiste. 5. Kein 16:9 Videoexport. Spielzeugsoftware! Völlig unbrauchbar, um Videomaterial für Schulungsfilme zu erstellen, denn das wird heute in vielen Firmen auf 16:9 TV oder 16:9 Beamen gezeigt.

Bought it on the iPad years ago, would be willing to pay good money for it once - am very unwilling to pay a subscription for a PC-version. Plus, being a teacher, I can only agree with what all the other teachers are saying: It is a great app, but schools in Germany do not have the money for subscriptions. Please change!

I started using this two years ago and also bought quite a substantial amount of EDU-subscriptions. Students Keep losing Projects if they are not connected to WiFi or if there is a captive Portal for Wifi-Login (Explain Everything Kind of crashes if the Portal is not handled by a browser before opening the app; 5 students have had a total loss of data of a whole year as a result), the text tool and pen recognition are still a pain to use and since a couple of weeks ago the management Option for EDU licences has disappeared, I can't assign or withdraw any licenses or reset lost Passwords for users. I will cancel the subscriptions as there is no real improvement visible, only the fees are increased regularly. Support can only be contacted via contact form which is very unconvenient for solving a problem. Sorry, as promising as is Looks it is too frustrating as a permanent solution.

aufgrund Abolösung nicht praktikabel für z.B. eine ganze Schule anzuschaffen, auch ich möchte privat kein Abo! Schade. Als Kaufversion sofort!

Eigentlich eine App mit sehr guten Ideen, leider gibt es einige Bugs, welche sie unbenutzbar machen: Die Stiftunterstützung ist sehr hakelig. Oft werden Striche, die schnell hintereinander gesetzt werden, nicht erkannt, was einen dazu zwingt sehr langsam zu schreiben. Damit ist das Schreiben mit einem aktiven Pen fast unmöglich. Weiterhin dauert das Öffnen von Menüs oft viel zu lange, was ein flüssiges Arbeiten schlecht möglich macht. Vor allem Punkt 1 ist ein KO-Kriterium, da es nunmal der Sinn der App ist, darin mit einem Stift zu schreiben!

Der Funktionsumfang ist in der Vollversion wirklich gut. Diese kostet aber 50 € pro Jahr in einer eigenen Cloud des Anbieters, und das ist doch recht teuer, wenn man den begrenzten Einsatzbereich bedenkt. Nach Ablauf der Testphase funktioniert diese App nur noch als Player. Na ja, es gibt ja noch iXplain, welches ohne teures Abo im Grunde das Gleiche leistet.

Hi Rudolf, thank you for leaving a review! The subscription is really inexpensive, considering that you can use the app on iOS, Android and Windows using the same license. Also you can publish the projects easily using the discover.explaineverything.com portal. The subscription cost covers the cloud storage space and project download costs. Similar, much simpler apps charge upwards of 10EUR/month and have less features. On top of that, if you are a teacher, the EDU license for a group of 5 people costs only EUR 14 per year, which is an extremely good price.
