Heartbeat is a simple way to take your heart rate hands free. The app will countdown to let you know when to start counting and then beep to stop. Enter the number of beats counted over the period and Heartbeat will calculate your heart rate for you. The history tab allows you to see your previously recorded heart rates whie the graph allows you to see your history visually
