Recommendations in the Microsoft Edge search bar are made based on recent work items - files, sites, past meetings, and collaborators. These recommendations are only made when you're signed into your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
Microsoft Edge allows you to filter search by work, history, favorites, and tabs. Simply select your preference from the bottom of your address bar while searching.
The Edge address bar allows you to get fast responses simply by typing on many quick searches including conversions, prices, quick info and more. There's no need to hit the 'Enter' key to get a quick response.
