Its time to accept siege is the best shooter on console

I've been playing Rainbow Six Siege nearly every day since its release in December 2015. I've seen overpowered operators rise and fall, a series of usability fixes and map tweaks to keep the community happy, and countless free additions to the game. So, I can tell you with all the authority I need that it's the best multiplayer shooter of this generation. Perhaps of all time. And you need to be okay with this. The core concept of Rainbow Six Siege is simple, immediately familiar to anyone who's ever held a digital gun. A team of five attackers tries to penetrate a fortified location where an evenly matched team of five defenders holds and protects an objective. This objective could be a bomb you defuse, a hostage you rescue, or a biohazard container you'll need to stand near to "secure". You get one life per round, a single headshot from most weapons instantly kills, and each player must have some skill but skill doesnt get you everywhere as teamwork and communcation help

Great Game

This game is highly recommended if you enjoy tactical shooters. Teamwork is key, which makes this game fun to play with friends

The BEST Tactical FPS

Great to play solo but best played with a squad of five. CQC with destructible environments and varied operators to keep things fresh along with free maps coming out regularly. This is how all FPS multiplayer games DLC should be. Weapon and Uniform customisation is awesome and a decent fair progression system keeps me coming back for more.

Fun and Exiting, But Hard for Newcomers

The tactical mechanics of RS6 give a fresh new expirince to players used to games like CoD where you can expect the same gameplay and senarios every game. The choose your character style mixes amazingly with Terrorist vs Counter Terrorists / Defender vs Attacker shooter gameplay. But as with other choose your hero games it has a very steep learning curve which is even steeper now that the game has been out since 2015 and your enemies and teammates are likely to be far more expirienced. This is balenced out however by ubisofts 10 year support / content plan, so you've got plenty of time to learn before the game's lifecycle ends!

Great game

It is a very fun and addicting game few bugs but they are fixable and lots of characters to choose from. I have been playing this game since the closed beta and it has never got boring for me because there is always new operators and updates coming out and i highly suggest you purchase this game because it's worth every penny.

Great Game but.......

its fun but I would prefer a real campaign instead of situations which Is basically a tutorial my favourite part of the game is the tatical side of things what makes siege unique from games like BF, CoD and other shooters would definitely recommend 9/10

Epic Game

The gameplay is amazing, each character is unique, which means every match is different due to every players varying style with the characters. Easy to play even if non of your friends are online, also with continous dlc's the game is always changing. Not much i dont like, although the team killing is stupid

Great Game!!!

I Love The Game, It's A Bit Unbalanced At Times, But It's Still Fun And I Have Got Hours Of Fun Out Of It And Really Got My Money's Worth. The Season Pass Is A Bit 50/50 But Getting New Stuff A Week Early Is Cool

Why 5*

This game has come a long way since its release. When the game was released it was broken and annoying to play but obviously there was pertental of the game to become an amazing title and with Developers dedication on fixing the game, it has become a joy to play. Yes there are still bugs and glitches in the game but every multiplayer games have these. I highly recommend getting this game as it is a tone of fun and i guarantee you'll enjoy it.

I'll be honest i was annoyed when i found there was no campaign but after playing for a bit during the free weekend i have realised it is a fantastic fun challenging shooter the type you rarely see on console.
