Set up agreement substatuses
Set up agreement substatuses in Dynamics 365 Field Service to specify the current agreement status more precisely, according to your company's business processes.
From the main menu, go to Field Service > Administration, and then choose Agreement Sub-Statuses.
On the Active Agreement Sub-Statuses screen, select +New in the upper left corner.
Use the tooltips to help fill in your information, and then select Save.
