In addition to the chat functionality, this video experience is intended to provide presentation and pre-sales support. When you choose to engage with a Microsoft agent using the video functionality, you may provide interactions data and name and contact data to Microsoft as part of that experience. However, in contrast to the chat functionality, the content of your video experience, including any personal data provided, will not be recorded or stored.

Microsoft will handle all personal data collected, including any data collected through the chat functionality, in accordance with its privacy practices.
