Misspent Promise

Great gameplay, compelling and versitle progression, serviceable weapon, and open level design (usually); marred by overpowered and frustrating microtransaction, ludicrous save system, unfinished main campaign (the story becomes increasing linear until it just stops without a firm conclusion), and compartmentalized dlc that is completely seperate from main campaign and developed characters. Buyer Beware.

dont buy paxis kits

great game but if you like me want an edge you would buy praxis kits and not receive them. then call xbox only to be told its a problem on square enixes side and be directed to them with a phone number so you call only to be told their phone line is for finalfantasy so you email and wait two weeks for a response you explain the problem are given a runaround say screw it and return the game

Would be a 5 if it didn't crash

So far this game is awesome, unfortunately due to random and unforeseeably crashing of the game, I had to give it a 4 out of 5.

Execution DHG

Platform: Xbox

Great but short and season pass is not worth it.

MD is a great game.Gameplay is much better compare to HR,Boss fights plays better, level design is great both graphics and art design are great.Soundtrack is just as great if not better then HR but story and characters are not that great and story is just tooo short for its price and the dlcs are not worth buying and microtransactions are bs.As an Deus Ex fan i dont really recommend MD to casual players but if you like cyberpunk and rpg games wait for sale or buy it right away.

This may have been acceptable 10 years ago, but by today's standards this game is really bad. Graphics, gunplay, interface, AI, music, mechanics. All way below average. Almost any other stealth game is a better choice. Should have been trashed. The same company made the Hitman games which have exceeded this turd by leaps and bounds.

Best New Game of 2016

I liked the firt one, Human Revolution, but LOVED the second one. Story is a bit lacking for an RPG, but other than that, the game was fantastic. An improvement in almost every way compared to HR. The online mode is surprisingly adictive too.

If you like the original you will be pleased

Great level design. I like the voice acting and tone of the game. Reminds me of JC Denton. Great game, best game since Mass Effect 2

Short and Little to no DLC

The game can be beat in about 10 hours with all quests complete. Don't get season pass as well.

Holy Saint Alec

True to the legacy.

Twelve hours in, and only 12% through. Taking time to explore and reading the lore items not only extends the game astronomically, but it also brings a thick level of satisfaction out of playing as well. There is an awesome attention to detail that masterfully aides in the role play. The 3 pillars (stealth, dialogue, combat) have never felt so good or tight. This game is a strong contender for GOTY, has excellent replay value, and is potentially the best in the series to date. Love this game!
