Great game w/ endings leaving questions

The story was fantastic, but the endings left so many questions and the fate of one character didn't seem to line up to the major problem of the story since it was seen far before it happened or anything happened with the fate of the character. Also, the major problem wasn't dealt with even after midway through the story when the fate of the character was already done. I hope the next game provides a bit more help.

Beautiful game, emotional journey

The Xbox 360 demo did not do this game justice, and I'm glad I gave it a shot on the Xbox One. Once you let this game suck you in, you're hooked. Beautiful art direction; the environments, the colors, the endearing characters, solid voice acting, and perfect music all work well together to help unfold a pretty emotionally deep story. The choices you make and the unexpected turns that take place will shock you. I do have 2 small gripes: Some of the choices are too brief in description and do not indicate the tone Max (the main character) will use, causing you to inadvertently make a choice you otherwise wouldn't have. This leaves a little too much up to chance if you're a player making very conscious decisions, and can be frustrating when having to replay a scene as a result. The other is, for such a beautiful game, it's a shame there are some rendering lag issues and very poor facial/lip sync animations. Overall very well done, though. I could see myself playing through it again.

Corny Writing But Cool Premise

However cheesy the dialogue might get (kids don't actually talk like that, right?), the characters are endearing enough and the concept is cool enough to keep you going throughout the five episodes. It's an especially great comfort game for those who've been bullying victims because it paints the stereotypically "uncool" kids in a positive, encouraging light.

DLC Done Right

like Telltale games, you only pay for what you want. The first episode is super cheap, and provides a "risk free" way to try the game. I was very happy with this choose your own way, type game. A SOLID 5/5....👍👍👍👍👍

My favorite game of all time. This game will take you on a emotional roller coaster ride. The story is a masterpiece! The characters all had amazing personalities especially Chloe and Max. This game truly makes you care about the characters. Everyone needs to experience Life is strange. 10/10

Very emmersive gameplay

this is a great game that all comes downto two possibilities for a ending and rely's on the player a lot, great game that is recommended for all. there is multiple puzzles and scenarios which is awesome, there is lots of hidden stuff that can sometimes be funny. the game was worked hard on, if you play it you can really tell what I mean. it also pulls the gamer in, at various angles and ways, you may feel sad or happy, as if you were stand right next to the characters. you wont even remember about the games when you didn't care about the characters death or anything, this game will probably make you sympathetic for some characters at times. it's just that kind of game, it is probably a 99.99% guarantee for satisfaction. you can delve deep into this world of Max Caulfield in, Life Is Strange.

Superb and Deep

One of the most emotionally invested games I have ever played. Sometimes lip sync is off but in no way should deter others from enjoying. Would not suggest for someone that doesn't like slow paced or serious games.
