best post-apocalyptic game

by far the best single player experience also with the updated graphics and ai this game is beautiful and challenging combined with its unique story line this game is hard to put down

Few games can match the loving attention to detail

Both Metro games will pull you in and keep you engrossed to the end. The music, art and loving attention to detail amaze me every time I play. I especially love the settlement of Venice where little stories and life plays out around every corner if you take time to notice. A true masterpiece, I can't wait for 3 and hope they don't change a thing.

not at all like your average campaign where only few game you connect with the charecters, just like this game. Definitely worth it in gold!

Highly Recomended

I personally have always enjoyed the metro line of books, and when i found out I could play the games on my Xbox360 I was thrilled! Just recently I witnessed my child play the remastered and it was quite beautiful so I purchased this and am quite happy with it.

great with some flaws

this game feels like a pioneer game for first person storytelling, the game has beutiful graphics even the old gen. game is impressive. the game itself is highly underated, you spend the same amount of time shooting as you do soaking in the darkness and story. One game is great but you can get both for this price amazing. once you start playing and finally finish them, it will leave a part of the story and atmosphere with you. In my opinion its a great game that can rival any post apocalyptic game out there. but theres only one downfall, the games AI is clunky and just sometimes stupid. on any difficulty but the hardest they die easilly and usually run head first into death by you, they have no tactics just run and shoot. And when it comes to the hardest difficulty its not forgiving play smart or die.

Great games

a great single player experience. it's best played on the "hardest" difficulty.

I only managed to play a little of this game. The storyline thus far is cool. I like that there are some aspects of the game Fallout to it. I would recommend it for anyone who is into post apocalyptical type games.

This game shows you how Uncle Bourbon works.

The only issue that I have with this game is that it ends. Good thing you can play it over and over again.
