I love how the game reminds me of the old legend of Zelda a link to the past and other old games with so many bosses!

Still the Best Sandbox!

I own this game for every platform because its a game you can play forever. The possibillities are endless. I love that you can choose how you play, whether you want to fight, explore, build or do all of it. There is a small story line in which you fight bosses and your world evolves to become more challenging. If you have never played you want to try the tutorial until you get the basics down. Even though the graphics are pixels they still look amazing. A few tips,if it seems the screen is zoomed out you can press the pause menu and zoom in with the L trigger and if you have an item and are not sure what to use it for, go talk with the guide choose crafting and select the item. He will give you a list of everything you can craft with that item. Happy adventuring!

This is a outstanding game, it's use of pixel graphics and a 2D environment make me constantly want to play more it just works so well. Terraria is grind heavy, but you feel like you are working for something, and the payoff of a new weapon or item makes you feel like your grinding for something good where in other games grinding is not as fun. Terraria is full of good humor/jokes and references this game has unique bosses and the community is great! This is a game that the devs love and care about and they care so much that when they update the game they add hundreds of hours to play and enjoy! This game is outstanding and out of the hundreds of games I have played this is probably my favorite. This is something you should get!

This is NOT 2D Minecraft

It's far complex filled with hundreds of enemies, lots of bosses, and tons of items to get, many of which are obtained through their percential loot drop system. It's actually loads of fun and I recommend it to anyone up for a fun challenge.

Bought it once from steam

This is my 2nd purchase, love the game. It'd be perfect if it's a xpa title so that I can continue my progress when I'm out / on train / on plane. Please make this a XPA!!! (win10 store version with cloud sync will do the trick for me too, I'll buy it again)

Terraria is one of my favorite games. It has tons of challenging bosses, Hundreds of unique weapons, dozens of armor sets, and hundreds of interesting accesories. The only bad thing is the creators give no priority to XB1. And I don't like the pipeworks who is working on 1.3.

Fun game, painfully far behind PC

The game is incredibly fun with its combat system, adventure, and exploration. The only problem I have with this game is how far behind it is from PC. The gap between PC and Console is ridiculous. I can only hope Terraria Otherworld on console doesn't share the same fate that this masterpiece has.

great game

This game is entertaining and is a good way to burn time , but its very challenging playing alone and needs more updates. I personally really like all the small references and ive had great memories playing this game. 10/10 IGN

Better than sliced bread!

So I've been playing Terraria since the 360. It was the first game I have ever unlocked all of the achievements on thus far. When i get a somewhat capable PC, I plan to get the PC Version for portable play with the Moon Lord and Expert Mode. 3DS Is another plan incase the laptop dies. Thank you for making this game, It's made countless hours filled with spectacular adventure and fun! I can't wait for the Lunar Update on the Xbox One! 😄
