Andrew W.K.'s favorite game

Party Hard is a really neat little game as you play as an unknown person who just wanted some sleep but these damn people with their loud music and dancing and drinking and smoking all through the night!!! ARGH!?!?! So we're gonna do the sensible thing.....KILL 'EM ALL! The game has a simple style: kill people using what's available to you and don't get caught doing so. Each level has it's own traps and every time you play the same level (let alone a few) the traps change. There is some challenge here but it's doable. There's some thinking involved in doing these killings but you have to be quick and precise and not mess up. Having a smooth run is a great feeling and the music can get you pumped and swaying to the beat and as a person who loves various electronic music genres that's a massive plus. I would recommend this game if you enjoy killing people at a party and making sure you get away with it.

Something different!

I saw a clip of this and decided to try it. I'm glad I did! It brings back 8-bit goodness mixed with unique gameplay. I had fun replaying levels and going for some of the achievements.

Just as maniacal as Hotline Miami and just as fun.

If Hotline Miami is about how much blood you can spill without spilling your own, Party Hard is about the strategy of the massacre. It's got the colorful and vibrant 80s 16-bit vibe the aforementioned title's got, but it's about what and how you can murder with nothing but a knife, hockey mask and household items. Party Hard will fly under the radar, but is definitely appreciated by those who have it. 5 16-bit stars, and party on.

Hard to Party

While many indie titles work on innovative mechanics, Party Hard takes basic core gameplay and mashes it into this pixelated slashfest with one goal: End the party. By utilizing traps and, for the main character, his handy knife, you can off each individual partygoer. The game is very challenging so expect many retries, however the feeling of completion and catchy tunes will have you coming back.

🔥 The night is young. Party hard. 🔥

One of the most enjoyable games i've ever played. Getting every achievement took me 15 hours total without rushing. Loved every second. 👍
