MACH Opportunities

We hire in three main categories of roles for our organisation

Corporate and Sales

You collaborate, manage and fuel the success of business groups. You are dedicated to creativity, communication and strategy. Join Microsoft to envision, create and build the solutions and tools of the future.

Type of positions you could land: Audience Marketing Manager, Licensing Sales Specialist, Account Executive and Channel/ Partner Marketing Manager.

Customer Facing Technology

Taking on a customer facing technical role, you will gain hands on experience with the world’s most advanced technologies, see new products come to market and introduce cutting-edge technology solutions to our customers. If you like the idea of developing technical solutions to help them overcome their business problems, this is the role for you.

Type of positions you could land: Premier Field Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Consultant and Technical Evangelist.

Technical Sales

Joining the Microsoft Sales team is an excellent opportunity for you to learn the competitive, economic, business, international and geopolitical landscape of our customers’ businesses and apply your knowledge of how Microsoft solutions provide value.

Type of positions you could land as an Intern to Grad: Account Technology Strategist, Solutions Sales Professional, and Technology Solutions Professional.


UG MACH

Undergraduate and Masters (non-MBA)

As a recent Graduate from a Bachelors or Master’s degree you will join the MACH (Microsoft Academy of College Hire’s) community, which is our 24 month graduate program with customised experiences to help you start strong at Microsoft, build your global network, and drive your career. Your time will be focused on ensuring that you receive the professional development early to help you accelerate your impact in role and that you have the tools and knowledge to steer your long term career.

Eligiblity

For all applications within APAC, good grades are important, but the most important talents we seek from our graduate applications are genuine passion and curiosity about technology, creative thinking, and the desire to work hard alongside some great minds in the industry.

  • Have completed or is on-track to complete a Bachelor's, or Post Graduate’s Degree by the time of hire OR Have graduated from their full time degree program less than 12 months or 365 days prior to their Microsoft start date
  • Have no more than 24 months full time related industry experience.

UG MACH

MBA

The MBA graduate experience spans sales, marketing, customer facing technology (services), finance and operations. If you have up to 7 years of full-time relevant industry experience and you are currently working toward your full-time graduate degree, we have a MACH experience just for you. In addition to being on the job, contributing to our business priorities, you’ll learn how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences, build a solid understanding of our business strategy and leverage a global network of peers and colleagues.

Eligiblity

For all applications within APAC, good grades are important, but the most important talents we seek from our graduate applications are genuine passion and curiosity about technology, creative thinking, and the desire to work hard alongside some great minds in the industry.

  • Pursuing or within six months of graduation from full-time or part-time graduate studies.
  • Have no more than 7 years full time work experience prior to attaining their full time study graduate degree.
