The volume and noise cancellation dials are unique and really intuitive. They're comfortable and sound good although they could go a little louder imo. The noise cancellation is impressive

Great pair of headphones, however they currently do not support the Language: English (Australia) within the Surface Headphones App on Windows 10. So I suggest waiting until this support has been added before purchasing.

I love these headphones! There are very comfortable and fit very well around the ear, I could wear these for ages! The sound quality is very clear and the noise cancellation is very well designed. The headphones really block out a lot of sound when in noise cancellation mode. I could click my fingers in front of me and I could not hear the sound of my fingers clicking. I was very impressed. I plan to use these as much as I can. I tired these headphones on Apple Music and Spotify and both of them sounded amazing, I really recommend to get these headphones for comfort and great sound quality. Although $500 AUD is quite a lot of money for headphones, I definitely recommend you to get them. I was lucky enough to get the headphones of sale for $350 AUD which I think is a definitely a reasonable price. The packaging is very nice and modern, very simple and pretty. My headphones came with 90% of charge out of the box. Overall, if you are considering to buy top of the end headphones, get these

I wished to enquire about new keys for my Surface keyboard.
The chat facility within the store was closed.When I tried phoning the number, I got the usual menu service. When I selected the menu I needed to talk with someone, I was told the office was closed. Are you telling me that nobody within Microsoft's entire organisation could provide me with an answer?
