Yes, our product experts will give you the option to add items to your own cart or let them add items to your cart and complete the transaction on your behalf.

No, these appointments will help you specifically with either assessing your business’s tech needs (consultation) or training you on how to use your new hardware or software (training). If you need technical support or have questions related to a product you already own, please visit Microsoft Support for help.

Business consultations last up to 60 minutes and training sessions last up to 30 minutes. If you need more time, your business product expert will be happy to help you schedule a follow-up during your initial call.

No, you have the option to turn your camera off or on at any point during the call.

Yes, captions can be turned on during the conversation.

Some customers find it useful to record the meeting to refer back to later, but it’s up to you. At the beginning of the session you’ll be given the option to record. You can then opt in or out.
