The MVMNT App exists to help you live a life that is focused on those around you. Every morning you will receive the daily challenge via push notification. This challenge is something anybody can do. It will involve serving, encouraging or empowering someone around you. It could also involve directly challenging yourself to think less of yourself. Here are a few examples of a daily challenge: - Write a short letter/email thanking someone who has made an impact on your life. - Ask someone about a dream that they have and encourage them to chase after it. - Go today without something "you can't live without," (phone, coffee, social media). Show yourself that you can exist without it. - Keep a note of everything that inspired you today. - Clean up a mess you didn't make. - Don't complain about anything today. - Look for the person who goes unnoticed - the janitor, the delivery man, the cashier - and genuinely thank them. - Journal about the day, the highs and lows, what made you come alive. - Make a list of 10 people which you are grateful for. Text each of these individuals and let them know that you care. We can change the society we live in. We can turn the anger into patience, the gossip into encouragement, the passivity into action, the hate into love, the indifference into intentionality.
