Charlotte leads a team whose mission is to help businesses innovate, grow and achieve their full potential by leveraging the technology solutions offered by Microsoft and its partners. As an executive who spent over 25 years leading some of Canada’s fastest growing technology companies she appreciates the challenges every business leader faces to remain competitive when innovation is the driver of competitive advantage. Her partner team will connect businesses with the right technology partners to help drive business transformation and profitable growth.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Charlotte was chief commercial officer of Quickplay Media later acquired by ATT. She also spent over a dozen years at Bell Canada where she was president of the Consumer Internet Division and senior vice president at Bell Mobility. She led Bell through three major technology transformations including the launch of digital cellular, wireless data and broadband Internet.

Charlotte’s passionate for driving Canadian innovation and mentoring next generation talent extends across both the public and private sector. She has served as a senior advisor to Accenture, the Business Development Bank and the Department of Foreign Affairs. She mentors early stage companies at MaRS Discovery District, young entrepreneurs of the Next 36 Program and invests in the start-up community.

Charlotte serves on the boards of Rothesay Netherwood School, Horizon Studios, Halton Health Services and is formerly a director of Postmedia Networks, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and Acadia University. Charlotte is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors and was recognized in 2015 as a Top 50 Director by the Canadian Council for Board Diversity.

She holds a BBA in accounting from Acadia University and MBA from Harvard University.
