Salary report shows three Microsoft Certifications in the top 25

(June 22, 2015) According to a 2015 Global Knowledge report on the highest-paying certifications, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer made it to the top 15, ranking eleventh, with an average salary of $96,198. The Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Administrator certification ranked twenty-first, with an average salary of $92,252, and the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification landed twenty-fifth, with an average salary of $87,667.

(September 10, 2014) In high-growth industries, most hiring companies are looking for candidates with skills in Microsoft technologies. According to an recent IDC study, entry-level employees who hold a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification can earn $10,000 to $16,000 more (annually) than their peers who aren’t Microsoft-certified.
