Microsoft Complete for Surface-series devices must be purchased at time of device purchase or within 45 days after purchase with Device inspection required at a Microsoft Retail store. In European countries, only devices purchased through Microsoft Store can have Microsoft Complete added within 45 days of device purchase.
*For covered Breakdown and Accidental Damage claims the cover is limited to a maximum of two (2) replacements and/or maximum of three (3) repairs up to the original purchase price of the product in total. Each Accidental Damage claim is subject to a deductible as set out in the Microsoft Complete terms and conditions.
