ScrumSpark is a tool for quickly working with burn-up / velocity, in the context of an Agile project. More specifically you would use ScrumSpark to: Explain burn-up/velocity concepts to newbies/execs. Quickly model the impacts of your velocity (real or estimated). Quickly model the impacts of adding/removing sprints against the estimated (points) value of the backlog. Quickly model the impacts of increased/decreased backlog points against your planned number of sprints.
