Review title of AdamRip Off

Absolutely rubbish unit. I have gone through 2 in the last 6 months (never had to replace a charger on my old laptop which I had for 4 years) I hate these overpriced proprietary chargers. It is price gouging at its worst when you sell a cheaply made product and charge 80 quid for it.

Review title of JamesMuckrosnot!

Absolute rubbish! I'm on my third, and it's just packed up. Spoils the best PC I've ever had (Surface Pro4). I'm having to use my wife's HP Notebook to write this review. Surface Pro 4 - 10/10 Type Cover - 7/10 Surface Pen - 8/10 44W power supply - 0/10 Microsoft - 5/10 and falling Companies that sell products with proprietary connections to restrict users to their own products, and shoddy ones at that, are making a mistake. I have been a Microsoft user since DOS and Windows 3.1 in my jobs (Police, Health Service, teaching, Emergency Doctors Service), my hobbies, and, for a time, lectured IT at my local College. Always Microsoft, (with some Photoshop etc.) I've had every version of Windows, with the exception of ME, which was a disaster. I am currently using Office 365. No problem there, except the price. Current Smartphone? Lumia 950, and Surface Dock. Concept is brilliant, but it often falls over. Next computer, tablet, phone etc? Android!

Review title of PeterBad, Bad design fault; bad, bad sales method

Here I am back again for my third power supply. And yet I do not need a power supply, I only need the link to my surface pro. The connection to the pro is a weak point. the wire bends and breaks and then I can't use the pro as I cannot supply power. And yet I cannot buy just the lead, I have to buy the whole thing. So come on Microsoft, let me buy just the lead as I already have two functional power packs. And while we are at it strengthen the connection to the pro so that it does not bend and break. This link lasts about a year I have discovered and then I need a new one.

Review title of Tsz MingDeeply disappointed

I have bought my laptop for less than 10 months and the charger is not working now. There’s no microsoft store near me. Thus, I need to send it back to store from the UK to German to fix it by waiting more than a week. So disappointed.

Review title of AlvinaFlimsy

Flimsy design. The AC power breaks as it bends. Can't get it separately too.

Review title of JacobIt doesn't work, so don't buy...

I cant believe they are not taking this product off the market. The chargers dont work and are very expensive to replace. It doesnt help that the support function isnt working either and its impossible to speak to an actual person and not a helpless robot.... Think im back to being an apple user, even though i actually quite liked the surface laptop.... a shame

Review title of DawnDisappointed

So frustrated, I have had my Surface Pro for 15 months and so far had to have it replaced due to a hardware fault and now the power supply isn't working. Very disappointed. Great look, feel shame about performance.

Review title of Fraserdesign flaw, overpriced, doesn't last

firstly overpriced but this has a major design flaw with the lead into the connector. First broke couple weeks whilst still in warranty, second broke couple months later, i'm using a backup £99 102 watt one and now need to get a backup from a cheap amazon knockoff - such a bad design and overpriced, the worse thing about the surface book 2 is the crappy psu
