The Microsoft Store Promise for Surface

60-Day Hassle Free Returns: Available with eligible consumer purchases only made at Microsoft Store online in United Kingdom, and at the Microsoft Experience Centre in London from 11th of July, 2022 to 2nd of October, 2022. Return process must be started within 60 days after customer receives the device. Business, commercial, and reseller customer purchases not eligible. Items purchased from Microsoft Store can be returned by visiting the Refunds page or by visiting the Microsoft Experience Centre in London. Items purchased from Microsoft Experience Centre can only be returned by visiting the Microsoft Experience Centre in London during the return period. Customer can return to the Microsoft Experience Centre with original receipt and any other information requested by a representative. Credit will be provided to same method of payment. Limited to 5 devices per eligible Customer during the Offer Period, maximum of 1 price adjustment per device.

Promotional items given, or discounted products bought with, a qualifying product are not valid or must be returned if the qualifying product is returned.
